Ants Inspect a Dead Comrade
As I continue to be unfamiliar with ant behaviour, I will refrain from attempting to explain what is going on through their collective minds here. But, what we find is them communicating with each other as they clump around their fallen comrade, while others go on about their signals-led business. A note on this file: the audio here has been muted to bypass the dreaded copyright check. When filming, I was listening to King Crimson's 'I Talk to the Wind,' and it although it proves an eerily suitable backdrop for this shot, we all know how zealous the bots can be of even fair use content.
