Milking Adult Malayan Pit Viper (Calloselasma rhodostoma) Venom, in Slow Motion

The second bit of footage from our snake milking documentary. The snake here is an adult specimen of Calloselasma rhodostoma, or the Malayan pit viper. From all the slowmo shots, this might be the poorest one, as it's out of focus for so much of it. Nevertheless, it's still a useful guide to how one should hold the viper and, as Donan mentioned in the documentary, how to avoid the various minute errors that could result in disaster, be it holding the head correctly, holding the tail, or maintaining composure when the snake attempts to thrash its body about and loosen from your grip.
