Sunset in Pantai Kukup
A vivid sunset off Pantai Kukup in the southern Javanese coast, shot after a long afternoon of filming various objects around the beach. Something I can't help noticing is the ugliness of the ripples of the waves, an ugly side effect of the information being processed in this part of the frame. This information contrasts that of the sky above and the beauty of its smoothness, not to mention the colours. Though we might be unable to avoid the noise, for this beach it's just the close of another day on Planet Earth.
